Ingredient
- 4 potatoes (boiled & mashed)
- 1/2 cup green peas(boiled)
- 1tsp cumin powder
- 1tsp chat masala
- 1tbsp corn flour
- 2tsp ginge(grated)
- 2 green chillies(chopped)
- coriander leaves
- salt per taste
- oil for fry
Method
Take the boiled and smashed potatoes in a bowl.
Add all the ingredients with the potatoes except oil. Mix them well and make dough. Now make some small flat dough balls with the dough. HEAT oil on tawa for swallow fry. Fry the tikki till the colour turn golden brown. Serve the aloo tikki with the green chutney or tomato ketch up.
